Our Story

We Started in Khon Kaen Because That's Where the Work Is

Mekong Logic was founded with a straightforward observation: most AI consulting firms operate from Bangkok and build solutions for Bangkok-scale enterprises. Meanwhile, a significant portion of Thailand's productive capacity — regional manufacturing, agribusiness, healthcare networks, education institutions — sits in the provinces, and these organizations rarely have access to the same quality of AI advisory support.

Our team came together in Khon Kaen's growing knowledge economy with the specific intention of addressing that gap. We combine deep technical expertise in data engineering and machine learning with practical consulting experience across Thai business environments — including the regulatory and cultural considerations that shape how AI tools actually perform in real workplaces.
